Dottie Sue (Kimes) Pierce, 75, of Alma passed away Saturday, July 7, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a former employee of Alma Canning Co. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Bonnie (Wallace) Kimes; seven sisters; and two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Greenhill Cemetery in Cameron under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis R. Pierce of the home; three sons, the Rev. Billy L. Goines of Greenwood, the Rev. Lester Ray Nuckolls and wife Judy and the Rev. Ricky D. Goines, all of Alma; one sister, Stella Hubbard and husband Frank of Van Buren; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Les Nuckolls, Dustin Goines, Jeremy Nuckolls, John Self, Jarvis Holloway, Frankie Hubbard, Steve Lindsey and Terry Underwood.
