When summer rolls around, kids are ecstatic. They can finally take a break from school and relax. Some parents have to admit, though it is nice to have your kids home more, maybe all day every day is a bit too much. That’s okay. The Franklin County Teen Leaders are here to tell you not to worry. The 4-H Teen Leaders are conducting a day camp for youth ages 5-10 on June 25th, 26th, and 27th. It is at the North Franklin County Fair Grounds in Ozark from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our theme this year is “Down on the Farm” and campers will be learning the science behind farming, making farm themed crafts, playing games, and eating snacks. The camp is $10 a child which can be paid when the kids arrive at camp. Please pre-register by calling the Franklin County Extension Office at 479-667-3720 by Friday, June 22nd. This day camp promises to be a super time and the Franklin County 4-H Teen Leaders can’t wait to see you there!
