Robert Hunter, Recycling/Marketing Manager of Solid Waste, presented information to third graders at East Pointe Elementary School in honor of Earth Day. He talked about ideas for reducing or reusing everyday ideas and even wore a special coat representing various ways to reuse basic household items.

Jake Baxley (Mrs. Sayers’ class) is holding a pencil made from two $1 bills. Deacon Drennan (Mrs. Crowe’s class) is holding a bag of goodies that was given to all of the students from the Sebastian County Solid Waste District.
