The 4th Annual Charleston Music Fest, a benefit for Arkansas Children’s Hospital, will be held Saturday, April 29th, 2017 at the Charleston Fair grounds.
This year they are looking to fill as many booths as possible. The booths may include food, desserts, drinks, crafts, advertising or sharing information, and games. They would love to have as many games as possible since this is an event for families. They are not asking a fee to rent a booth this year; however any donation big or small is welcome and would be greatly appreciated. They will allow two adult volunteers a free pass, but all other adults must pay to enter. Remember all kids 15 and under enter at no charge. Let’s fill those booths and have a fun time with family and friends while supporting a great cause.
Several people, organizations, or businesses volunteered to donate an item to help raise money in the past. If any person or businesses would like to donate an item or items to be auctioned off at the music fest this year please contact Brandon or Rachel Fisher or message them on facebook. Please inform them of the value of the item/items and what is being auctioned. Information is needed by April 15th so they can be prepared for the actual event.
Entertainment this year includeds FDR and The New Deal, Jonathan Tedford, Flatbroke and Lonesome, Wingnut, Devin Robberson and The Travelers.
Please contact Brandon 479-965-6442 or Rachel Fisher 479-965-4141 to reserve a booth or to donate an auction item.
