Herbs and spices make it easy to add even more flavor to your favorite cheese recipes. Many cheeses are flavorful on their own, but sometimes a little extra pizzazz is in order and herbs and spices are the perfect tools. The River Valley Master Gardener’s Herbal Adventure group will host a seminar on making herbal cheeses. We will also venture into the art of making homemade paper, using herb leaves, scrap paper, and junk mail. Our goal is to make a Thanksgiving card using the homemade paper.
